If you were a music fan in the late 60's/early 70's and grew up in the UK "Top Gear" was essential for everyone. It was a programme I rarely missed listening to on a Saturday afternoon. John Peel played some great records but he also got many bands in to play sessions. These are some of them, they were all broadcast in MONO. The reason the tracks are ordered like this is because that's the way they were re-broadcast and I saw no reason to change it. Just because these tracks were recorded in MONO don't let it fool you, they still sound great Some classic performances!!
